STRICT NO REFUND POLICY: Due to the digital nature of the USA Client Acquisition System, all sales are final. Once a purchase is made and access to the course content, templates, and scripts is granted, we do not offer any refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

1. Digital Delivery & Access

Our product is a digital information product. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate, lifetime access to all video modules, Notion templates, outreach scripts, and bonuses. Because this intellectual property can be immediately consumed, downloaded, and replicated, we cannot reverse the delivery of our product.

2. Cancellation Policy

The USA Client Acquisition System is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. Therefore, there is no need to cancel any ongoing memberships or monthly payments. Once you purchase the system, you own lifetime access to it.

If you face any technical issues while accessing your account, logging in, or viewing the videos, please do not initiate a chargeback or dispute. Instead, contact our support team immediately, and we will resolve the technical issue for you.

3. Exceptions

We stand firmly by our no-refund policy. We do not grant exceptions based on:

  • Lack of implementation or not using the system.
  • Financial situations or changing your mind after purchase.
  • Failure to secure clients (as success depends entirely on your own effort, execution, and portfolio).
  • Purchasing the course by mistake.

4. Dispute & Chargeback Policy

Any fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed with your credit card company, bank, or payment processor (like Stripe/Razorpay) will be treated strictly. In the event of an unjustified chargeback, your access to the course will be permanently revoked, and we reserve the right to present this policy and your access logs to the payment provider to resolve the dispute.
